Question. Why is Des Moines only noted by 3 letters (DSM) and Coucil Bluffs even gets jipped with "C. Bluffs" yet Sioux City and Sioux Falls are still whole - no SC or SF. Where's the consistency people?
Forgot to mention Cedar Rapids gets its whole name too. But Ft. Dodge - although that's a more common abbreviation.
Sarah, you are funny! But it's true - who gets to decide what to put on the map?
It's a ponderous question...
